By downloading or using NEXT NUMBER (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment, in accordance with these Terms.
The ranking leaderboards are meant to reflect genuine play. Do not use cheats, automation, emulators, modified clients, or any other method to submit falsified scores. We reserve the right to remove scores, reset usernames, or block a device from the leaderboards if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Usernames are shown publicly on the leaderboards. Do not choose a username that is offensive, impersonates another person or brand, or infringes on someone else's rights. We may reset an inappropriate username.
Online features such as leaderboards depend on network connectivity and third-party infrastructure, and may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. The core game remains playable offline.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
